This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which requires publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name https://unbeat.in (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), including the related mobile site and mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

The Platform is owned and operated by UNBEAT, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at 64, Unbeat, Radhe Campus, near Setu Bandh Hills, behind Nayara Petrol Pump, Vesu Canal Road, Surat - 395010, India (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform Owner”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

8. Force Majeure

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
